Dr. Esbah was amazing! Had a tooth in a difficult place and he was able to remove it quickly and painlessly. He kept me calm and asked if I was doing alright throughout the entire procedure. I was shocked when he said it was done!
This office in lowell was great. the oral surgeon at aspen sent me away. This office stepped up took me in immediately and helped me. They stayed later then they normally do and everyone was super helpful. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them.
I got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. All of them were impacted. The staff, doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, and everyone there are so compassionate, kind, and patient. They really care about you and your concerns and make you feel welcome. I'm glad I came into this surgical office. Their character is consistent. The anesthesiologist did a great job because I am two days recovering from surgery and I haven't had a single pain at all on the surgery site. I thank God and Dr swaroop and all the nurses and assistants. My wisdom teeth have been bothering me for years. I had constant pain in my body. It caused pain in my left eye as well as my left arm, the back of my head, my sinuses, and my ears. I didn't know that my wisdom were the problem until this year. Immediately after the surgery, I noticed the pain that has been plaguing me for 4 years has went away! It's a miracle that even now I don't have pain on the surgery site. They give you a paper that tells you how to take care of yourself after the surgery which is very helpful. I recommend this practice. Very kind staff.
Dr. Hamid Esbah did an implant for me 6 years ago. He did such a great job I'm going back for one more !!!!
I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews for businesses, but I must express my profound dissatisfaction with this establishment. Waiting for two months for an appointment, only to have it canceled on the day of, is utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, the unprofessional behavior I encountered when calling to confirm my appointment, with the staff member resorting to derogatory language, is inexcusable. The lack of professionalism is abysmal, and it appears they harbor racial biases and a complete disregard for their patients. It is imperative that they invest in serious training and development for their customer representatives, as their current staff appears to be a collection of immature individuals lacking competence.
