My son has missed countless days from school with the dentist here, at least 7 times he's been back there to fix is chipped tooth, we called about it again and they had him come in for an emergency appointment, so again he misses school we take him 90 something miles from Adams, only for this jackass to tell him he's no longer fixing it for him. And told us to find another dentist... Really? Very unprofessional . It also bothers me that we parents aren't allowed in the rooms with the kids? Anyone else find that rather weird? Yarnosky dentist in Pittsfield had me my wife and kids in the room.... They are amazing dentist. Too bad they no longer take Tufts insurance. They also don't use any gloves in the rooms. My son told me the dentist said germs go away. Very rude and arrogant. Never again
I recently took my 3 kids here for the first time and overall the visit was okay the front desk staff was friendly and the hygienist were good except one who I don’t recall her name was rushing the entire visit. My biggest issue was with the Dr he was not friendly or professional at all he zoomed in and out of the rooms so fast I felt he should have introduced himself and took the time to address my kids treatment plans with me and also what about making the kids feel comfortable? The dentist can be scary for kids when you have a doctor who doesn’t even take the time to say hello it’s just not good I don’t think I will be back
Welp, we had our first visit and we will never be back. The reason I went here was because they said they could see my kids simultaneously, so I wouldn't have to wait through back to back appts. Well, they took them back to back anyways. I called the morning of our appt to confirm that masks were required in their office. I show up and not one staff member was wearing a mask? Okay... then they didn't have any patients or waiting parents put one on either? So, how are masks required then? I also did not like how they don't write down all the detailed care instructions and follow-up needs for your kids anywhere. They just tell them to you once and expect you, as a non-dentist, to remember this huge info dump for multiple people. Not helpful, not fast, not clean. The dentist takes MassHealth but the orthodontist there does not by the way, so you'll have to referred out if you need that kind of work done.
I went to the Kids Dentist for the first time this past week and I could not be happier. My 10 month old hurt one of her teeth and I had to have her seen pretty urgently and they were able to get me in (being a new patient) very quickly. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The entire staff was very thorough and I will be switching my other two children there as well.
Great job following covid protocols! I felt confidently safe letting my children have their cleaning by their wonderful hygienists. My children (7 and 6yrs) felt comfortable having their cleaning by themselves. From checking in to making an appointment, we felt safe and had an awesome visit like always.
